This document serves as an official notice and binding agreement regarding your shipment handled by Shipplix Value Tech Services, a registered Nigerian freight forwarder operating under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020.

We provide international logistics services with a focus on transparency, security, and compliance. Please read the following terms carefully, as they apply to all shipping transactions conducted through Shipplix.


๐Ÿ“ฆ SHIPMENT INTEGRITY & CUSTOMS PROTOCOL

1. Packaging & Sealing

  • All shipments are securely packaged and labeled by Shipplix before export.

  • If a package is opened by customs (either in Nigeria or at the destination), it will be resealed with official customs seal tape.

  • This tape serves as evidence that the package was inspected by a legitimate authority.

2. Customs Inspection

  • Shipplix has no control or visibility over customs inspection activities.

  • We cannot record or participate in customs checks.

  • If customs removes, seizes, or delays any item, it will be documented if information is made available by the authorities.

  • Shipplix is not responsible for any item held or confiscated by customs.


๐Ÿšš SHIPPING OPTIONS & TIMELINES

We offer the following shipping service levels. All shipping options come with a tracking number, regardless of speed or cargo type:

  • Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days

  • Economy/Regular Cargo Shipping: 6 to 12 business days

  • Private/High-Volume Cargo: Custom delivery timeline, depending on arrangement

Note:
While delivery timeframes are estimates, regular cargo may experience airline or customs-related delays, which are common in international trade and beyond Shipplixโ€™s control. However, we will keep you updated throughout the process.


๐Ÿ”Ž TRACKING NUMBER POLICY

We provide tracking numbers for all shipments โ€” whether standard, express, cargo, regular, or economy. Tracking information is shared once the item is processed and ready for export.

This applies to:

  • โœ… Express Shipment โ€“ Tracking number provided

  • โœ… Standard Shipment โ€“ Tracking number provided

  • โœ… Economy/Regular Cargo โ€“ Tracking number provided

  • โœ… Private/High-Volume Cargo โ€“ Tracking number provided for full monitoring

Tracking is an integral part of our service and available across all shipping levels for customer transparency and shipment visibility.

๐Ÿ“ฆ GOODS INSURANCE & CLAIM POLICY (Effective for All Clients)

Shipplix offers limited insurance cover for shipments only when proper procedures are followed. The following conditions must be met:

โœ… Item Declaration

  • All shipped goods must be declared with correct value, description, and quantity.

  • Undeclared items are not covered under any insurance or claim.

โœ… Visual Proof Before Shipping

  • Clients must submit a video or photo evidence showing the full contents and sealed box before pickup.

  • If visual proof is not submitted, claims cannot be honored.

โœ… Receiverโ€™s Video Evidence Upon Delivery

  • The recipient must record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.

  • The video must show the seal, shipping label, and unboxing process.

  • Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be honored without this video.

๐Ÿšซ No Responsibility
We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Goods not declared or inaccurately valued

  • Packages with no visual proof before dispatch

  • Unboxing done without video proof

๐Ÿ“ Note:
Claim evaluation may take 7โ€“21 business days depending on investigation. Compensation, if any, is limited to the declared value and valid only when Shipplix is found liable and insurance was confirmed.


๐Ÿ“น VIDEO CALL BEFORE UNBOXING โ€“ MANDATORY

To protect you and Shipplix from false claims:

  • You must make a live video call with Shipplix before unboxing your parcel.

  • This must be done while the package is still sealed, showing:

    • The shipping label

    • Customs tape (if present)

    • The full unboxing process

If you open your package without this video call, Shipplix will not be liable for any reported damage, missing items, or tampering.


โŒ PROHIBITED & RESTRICTED ITEMS

You are not allowed to include any of the following in your shipment:

  • Illegal goods or counterfeit products

  • Cash, firearms, or sharp weapons

  • Flammable or explosive materials

  • Drugs or controlled substances

  • Any item restricted by Nigerian law or the destination country

Shipplix reserves the right to reject or report any shipment that violates these terms.


โœ… CLIENT COMPLIANCE & DECLARATION

By proceeding with shipment through Shipplix, I confirm and agree that:

  • I will not ship prohibited or undeclared items.

  • I understand that all shipments are subject to customs inspection.

  • I accept that customs may open, delay, or remove items without Shipplixโ€™s consent.

  • I will initiate a video call before unboxing my package.

  • I understand that a tracking number will be provided for all shipment types.

  • I release Shipplix from liability in cases of customs seizures or customer mishandling.

๐Ÿ“ฆShipplix Logistics โ€“ Goods Insurance & Claims Policy

Yes, we insure your goods, but hereโ€™s how it works to protect both you and us:

โœ… Step 1: Declare All Items

You must declare each item you are shipping.

Include the correct quantity, description, and value of each item.

This helps us accurately insure your goods and avoid any issues.


โœ… Step 2: Send Visual Proof Before Shipping

After packaging, you are required to send us a video or clear photos of your shipment.

This video should clearly show the items inside, how they are packed, and the final sealed box.

Once received, we will acknowledge and confirm it before forwarding your package.


โœ… Step 3: Inspection Upon Delivery

Once the goods arrive in USA, Canada, or UK, your receiver must:

Take a clear unboxing video BEFORE opening the package.

This serves as evidence of the package condition and contents upon arrival.


This step is important. If the box is opened without a video, we may not be able to support claims for missing or damaged items.

We do not accept responsibility for claims where:

Goods were not properly declared or valued.

No video proof was sent before shipment.

The receiver unboxed without recording a video.
