This document serves as a binding agreement and official claim guideline for every client shipping goods through Shipplix Value Tech Services β a licensed Nigerian freight forwarding and logistics company registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020.
We prioritize security, transparency, and professionalism in international cargo movement to destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, and more.
π¦ SHIPPLIX GOODS INSURANCE & CLAIM POLICY
β STEP 1: Declare All Items Before Shipping
To qualify for insurance and compensation:

All items must be clearly declared before shipment.

Include item description, quantity, and value.

Undeclared items are shipped at ownerβs risk.
β STEP 2: Provide Visual Proof Before Dispatch

Send a clear video (or photos) showing items during packaging.

Video must capture the contents inside the box and the final sealed package.

This protects you and us. Without this, claims are void.
β STEP 3: Delivery Confirmation & Unboxing Protocol
Upon arrival:

The receiver must take a clear unboxing video before opening the sealed package.
-
The video should start before the seal is broken to verify package integrity.

No video = no claim will be honored for loss or damage.
π« DISCLAIMER & CLAIM LIMITATIONS
We DO NOT take responsibility for:

Stolen, missing, or damaged goods without proper video evidence.

Items shipped without declaration or incorrect valuation.

Items unboxed without proper unboxing video.
-
Delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping agents or carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, or local pickup agents), if they fall outside Shipplixβs verified chain of custody.
π° COMPENSATION POLICY
If all protocols above are followed and Shipplix is confirmed liable:

You may receive up to the declared value of your shipment or the maximum claimable limit agreed upon before shipment.

Investigation duration: 7β21 business days.

Compensation will be processed only when:

Visual proofs are complete

Chain of custody is confirmed
-
Insurance policy was opted in at the time of booking
